Booking

The payment deadline is 2 days before arrival.

After your online booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by mail.

Information: The price reductions and surcharges from the Speciality Courses will be applied by us after your order.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

1. Advance payment upon receipt of invoice; payment can be made in CHF or EUR. This comes with the advantage of an advance payment discount.
2. Cash payments are possible in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), and Egyptian pounds (EGP). Payments in EGP are converted at the current exchange rate from CHF to EGP. The current exchange rate is clearly displayed at the bases. It is based on the average of the buying and selling rates according to the official bank rate from CHF to EGP.
3. Credit card payments with VISA and Master Card can be made on site in Egyptian pounds (EGP) free of charge. Please note that when paying by credit card in the local currency (EGP), the conversion is based on the CHF prices from CHF to EGP. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages caused by currency fluctuations must be accepted.
4. Online bank transfers with proof of payment can be made on site in CHF or EUR. After the transfer has been made, the proof of payment or confirmation from the bank will be sent immediately by email to our base. Upon receipt of the proof, the payment is considered to have been made.

Cancellation

Should your travel plans change please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email, at least 2 days before arrival. More information under Terms and conditions.

Tansfer

Free of charge transfer to and from your hotel (within a maximum radius of 25 km to our base). Cross-area transfers of more than 25 km are also offered for a fee.
